05:00 – Our tour guide will pick you up at Can Tho Tourist Wharf (No. 25 Hai Ba Trung Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City). Board the boat and start your journey to explore the Cai Rang Floating Market and a local fruit garden. Cruise along the Can Tho River to admire the vibrant trading activities and the peaceful riverside life of the local people.

Stop 2

In the middle of the vast river, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy breakfast right at the floating market — savoring a bowl of noodles, crab vermicelli soup, or hot porridge, paired with a cup of strong local coffee. This authentic riverside experience will surely leave a lasting impression (meal cost included). You can also buy fresh fruits to enjoy on the spot or take home as gifts.

After exploring the market, the boat continues to the traditional noodle workshop, where you’ll discover the process of making local noodles by hand. This place is also famous for its unique noodle pizza — made by seasoning and frying noodles until golden and crispy, then topping them with ham and other ingredients of your choice.
