Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve,
The Bardenas Reales are an extensive semi-desert and unpopulated territory, located in the south of Navarra.
Its landscape goes from desert reminiscent of a lunar landscape, to ravines and steep areas that have great views of the immensity of the Bardenas.
The climate is characterized by hot summers, mild winters and little rainfall.

It is divided into two main areas:
- La Bardena Blanca is the central depression, with desert soils.
-La Negra is characterized by the existence of
large flats, caused by horizontal strata
limestone; the slopes covered with pines and kermes oaks and
