One of the most known islands is Iso Mustasaari, where the famous sea fortress of Suomenlinna is located. It is also a Unesco World Heritage Site and the biggest sea fortress in Europe.

Narrow section called Kustaanmiekka between the 3 main islands of the Suomenlinna offers one of the most scenic views of the day. Passing through the islands can also get very exiting if you happen to be there whilst those big Helsinki - Tallinn ferries passes by at same time. We can also spot the oldest submarine in Finland - Vesikko at the shores of the Suomenlinna on this narrow passage.
