If you’ve ever googled the “Must-eats” of Singapore, you would already be familiar with the typical fare - chicken rice, carrot cake, roti prata, satay etc. Most tours bring you to try these touristy dishes, dishes you already knew about and could probably find yourself. What I am offering is something different from the usual tourist fare, something “Off the Menu”. If you are looking for a truly authentic culinary experience, you have come to the right place.
No one knows Singapore’s food better than a local himself. My tours are intimate, personal, and designed to make you feel like you're eating with a local friend, far beyond the typical tourist trail. You will learn about interesting dishes you have never heard of and taste at least 10 of the city’s best hidden gems. We will also make a few stops at interesting attractions such as Singapore’s own army market which will give you an insight into our local culture and history.
