No NYC food tour would be complete without eating a slice of classic NYC-style pizza. We'll visit our friends at Mimi's Pizza who offer some of the best slices you can get on the Upper West Side. Explore The Belnord Apartments, among the Upper West's most prestigious residential complexes and the primary filming location for the acclaimed TV series 'Only Murders in The Building.'
Our next stop is Zabar's, a 90-year-old Jewish market that is known for its coffee and homemade rugelach. You'll have some time to explore the market before we enjoy some chocolate / cinnamon rugelach fresh out of the oven.
Visit the Hammer Boy, a small but iconic mural painted in 2013 by the famous English street artist Banksy.
Visit a breathtaking piece of French architecture with a rich history, once home to legends like Babe Ruth (Yankees) and the renowned composer Igor Stravinsky.
Gray's Papaya is an institution on the Upper West Side who have been serving 100% beef hotdogs to the masses for well over 50 years. We'll swing by their stand, grab a hotdog and enjoy it on the sidewalk like a true New Yorker.
To round out our tour we'll finish at the world-famous Magnolia Bakery. They're known for their banana pudding and their cupcakes. You'll have the difficult decision to choose which you want to try but the good news is that they're both absolutely sensational and are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.
We'll commence our tour outside of Broad Nosh Bagels.
