Are you in need of some wholesome nature time? Recharge your body and mind and awaken all your senses by trying forest bathing the Nordic way!

Neither a hike nor a naturalist walk, forest bathing is a heart-felt, science-based wellbeing practice that continues to gain global popularity. It involves walking slowly, pausing and taking in the ambience of nature using all the five senses and engaging in mindfulness-type practices.

Forest bathing is as much about pausing to listen to your inner self as it is about listening to nature. With a trained guide, it is much easier to slow down – one of the hardest things in today's busy world. You can leave all effort behind and relax, knowing that the lead you safely in a small group.

How to get there: Train E/U/Y from Helsinki Central to Espoon asema, from there bus 245A to Haltia Nature Centre (60 mins).

We recommend to see also the Haltia exhibition. There is a restaurant and a souvenir shop. Hotel nearby.
