About this experience

As a local who has lived in Bangalore and shopped in the Chickpete area for years, I've guided many across the myriad maze of stores and lanes that make this market one of the biggest in Bangalore.
We walk around streets that are popular and not so popular as well.
We sample some local sweets and snacks (If the travelers like to)
We make stops at heritage buildings and learn about those
We visit really old stores selling Indian handloom textiles and related products.We also stop by tucked-away stores in case the group wants to buy curios or gifts.

You will get to experience the Local Indian market bustling with activity. And walk through lanes and bylanes to discover smaller markets selling handloom products.

More than a century old building that holds a lot of history. It's a heritage structure. We shall take a walk inside and also visit a century old shop on the ground floor.
