More than 12 powerful sound systems turn the 800-meter beach into the world's most popular open-air nightclub. Famous fire show and fire rope jumping are another wonderful thing to see in full moon party. Dedicated fire performers spun their tools on the center stage, with the backdrop of a glowing full moon in the sky.
The party ticket is 200 Baht (around 6 USD) (Need to pay directly by the customer), and it is sold in the main alleys that lead to the beach area. As proof of purchase, you get a wristband. The ticket gives you access to all the party locations along the beach.

The full moon party in Thailand is a unique experience that’s worth checking out. Koh Phangan is associated with Full Moon Parties, a signature event that takes place every month on Haad Rin Beach. The party starts when the moon comes out, which is around 7 pm, although many only will arrive around 10 pm. The party goes on until sunrise, around 7 am.
It is the Full Moon Party's tradition to cover yourself with neon-body paint, with large amount of UV strip lights around, which will make swing bodies sparkle and glow at dark night. More than 12 powerful sound systems turn the 800-meter beach into the world's most popular open-air nightclub, once a month, with a lively carnival atmosphere, rocking music, neon lights and plenty of alcohol. Up to 30,000 people gathered on the beach under the full moon, swaying with the music until dawn. Famous fire shows and fire rope jumping are other wonderful things to see at a full moon party.
