Where to find my eSIM?

• Your eSIM QR will be delivered by Viator Supplier via Email within minutes.
• In the email, the eSIM is attached as a PDF file.
• If you couldn't locate it as it may have landed in spam folder, search for "Viator Supplier" email.
• Should you wish to receive it directly to your email address, send us an email at hello@frewie.com with your email and Booking Reference: BR-10 digits (Located in your booking voucher),
• Alternatively, respond to the email from the Viator Supplier.

eSIM Important Notes

• Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and the travel itinerary is confirmed. Please refer to this link https://www.frewie.com/help/device-compatibility/ .
• Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 30 days from the purchase date).
• You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it.
• To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required.
• All Data plans (5G/4G/LTE Speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan.
• eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE / REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation.
• You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device.
• Data speed varies depending on the country and location.

Confirmation
• You'll get confirmation and eSIM QR email from ‘Viator Supplier’ within minutes.

Cancellation policy
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made. Refund is on case-to-case basis if eSIM has not been activated.
