The Udaipur City Palace is an example of the grandeur enjoyed by the rulers of Mewar ages ago, and it still looks just as magnificent. The City Palace of Udaipur features a mix of architectural styles and is located on the eastern bank of Lake Pichola. The palace is a blend of Rajasthani, European, Chinese and Mughal architecture, making it one of the most attractive features of Udaipur. The palace complex houses monuments such as the Monsoon Palace, Lake Palace, Jagdish Temple, Jag Mandir and Neemach Mata Temple. It is surrounded by the Aravalli Mountains, giving it a magnificent setting. Built entirely of marble and granite, it also features the beautiful appeal of marble work, mirrors, silverware, marquetry, murals and wall paintings.

Jagdish Temple is one of the renowned temples of Udaipur. Located in the City Palace complex of Udaipur, this temple is made in the Indo-Aryan architectural style. In 1651, it was built by Maharana Jagat Singh, who ruled Udaipur from 1628 to 1653. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Laxmi Narayan), the preserver of the Universe. It is famous for being the largest temple in the city of Udaipur. The entrance gate of this temple can be located at a distance of 150 meters from the Bara Pol of the City Palace.

An artificial freshwater lake, created in 1362 AD, named after the nearby village of Picholi. The surrounding areas of the lake and several islands in the lake have been developed over the centuries with palaces, marble temples, family mansions and bathing ghats. The famous Lake Palace (now converted into a heritage hotel) is located in the middle of the lake. Two islands, Lake Palace and Jag Mandir, are located in Lake Pichola.

Built by Maharana Bhopal Singh. Saheliyon ki Bari means Garden of the Handmaids. This garden is in the northern part of the city and features fountains and kiosks, a lotus pond and marble elephants. Each water channel has a distinct sound, and the mixture of these sounds completes the ambiance of the place. There is also a small museum here. Sahelion Ki Bari was created for a group of 48 young women who accompanied a princess to Udaipur as part of her dowry.
