Soon after hiring our service, you will receive a voucher, proving your reservation for the date.

We will then contact you to give you your greetings, being available if you have any questions to be resolved.

We will contact you again prior to your arrival, to inform you of the name and contact of the driver who will assist you.

On arrival at the port, our driver will wait for you. You will have 90 minutes from the exact moment the ship docks at the port.

Our driver will wait for you at the docking place with a sign with your name on it, so you can identify it. It will also contact you to share its exact location and will be available in case you need help.

After boarding the vehicle, you will be transferred to the destination airport. Along the way, our driver will be able to share some information about the city, giving tips, advice and telling you a little about New York.

Upon arrival at your destination, our driver will say goodbye to you and thank you for your trust.

Please note that additional fees such as tolls, gasoline and parking will NOT be charged. All rates are already included in the amount paid at the time of contracting.
