Then we will contact you to give the greetings, making ourselves available in case you have any questions to be resolved.
We will contact you again in advance of your arrival, to inform the name and contact of the driver who will assist you.
From the moment your flight takes off, we will be monitoring the entire route so that we are always aware of changes in schedules if they occur.
Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you. For international flights, you will have 90 minutes from the exact moment of landing to arrive at the arrivals terminal. And 30 minutes for domestic flights.
Our driver will be waiting for you at the same arrivals terminal with a sign with your name on it, so you can identify him. He will also contact you to share his exact location and will be available in case you need any assistance.
After boarding the vehicle, you will travel to Manhattan. Along the way, our driver will be able to share some information about the city, giving tips, advice, and telling you a little about New York.
Upon arriving at your destination, our driver will say goodbye to you and thank you for your trust.
We would like to point out that NO additional fees will be charged, such as tolls, gasoline and parking. All rates are already included in the amount paid upon contracting.
