Upon departing your hotel we will head west towards Stonehenge, an UNESCO World Heritage site. The stone circle has been on this site for over 4, 500 years and is one of the wonders of the world and the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe.
Once we depart Stonehenge we will return to the lovely town of Windsor.
Windsor Castle has been home to royalty for more than 900 years. It is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. It really is a fascinating place and there is always something new to discover!
Founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, it has since been the home of 39 monarchs. Today The Queen spends most of her private weekends at the Castle.
The Castle is at the top of a steep hill, and the visitor route covers long distances.
Upon departure from Windsor, we return to London to your hotel or other agreed location.

Our driver guide will accompany you up to the Stones either by shuttle bus or on foot depending on your preference. He will explain the history of these stones. You will then return to the visitors centre to view display.
Our driver/guide will accompany you through security and into the castle where we will pick up audio guides. While they will not guide inside the castle they can answer questions. Once the castle is complete you will head across the grounds to St George’s Chapel.
Tickets for Windsor and Stonehenge need to be pre purchased by travellers and brought with them ideally on mobile device.
