arrive at the No Hoch Cheen park, prepare for zipline, Zip on lines up to 1000 feet long over the Forest and River, after zip, the guide provides the gear, helmets, jackets, lights. the walk thru the forest is 25 minutes, then arrive the cave entrance. everyone gets onto the kayaks, (single and tandem) and paddle thru the network of caves. seeing a vast array of formations, crystal clear spring fed water, a small water fall. the kayaking continues downstream for 20 minutes to arrive at the kayak and car parking area. lunch break, then its Siesta time for the 1 hour drive to the boat dock, then board the boat ride back to the Isla Bonita. 4:30 return trip to the island
