About this experience

HENOSIS was the first mushroom farm serving Nashville and the Middle Tennessee area, and we are proud to share our regenerative farming practices with our tour participants - showing the process of growing mushrooms from making substrate to composting that substrate once it has served its purpose. At our farm, we have a full-circle mushroom production process that serves local Farmer's Markets and dozens of the finest restaurants in Nashville, all housed in a small and highly efficient space.

We will include lots of time for questions, as well as hands-on opportunities to keep people of all learning styles and age ranges engaged and interested.

Detailed itinerary

1

Awaken to the awareness of oneness with HENOSIS and embark on a once-in-a-lifetime mushroom farm experience that only a select few Nashville locals knew about … until now. We have plenty of parking but it's a cheap Uber to the meeting spot to partake in a 1-hour trip you’ll always remember.

You’ll start by getting up close and personal with a plethora of gourmet mushrooms. You’ll learn the secrets of growing the finest mushrooms from the team at HENOSIS and their vision of creating a regenerative farm to build a better world from the ground up.

During the tour, you’ll get to taste delicious freshly cured mushroom jerky, boost your brain health with a take-home Lion's Mane tincture, and bring back stories (and possibly a mushroom grow kit) for your friends.

You can finish the tour with a drink at a beloved local bar Joelton Hardware, taking in some of the beautiful Nashville music at a super cool spot only the locals know.
