About this experience
Take in the fantastic views of Great Rift Valley and Nairobi at a distance from the top of these lush green hills. From Nairobi to Ngong hills it is 18.3 miles which takes around 52minutes with light traffic.
The hills are home to a wide variety of wildlife. Get to experience activities such us birdwatching , ziplining , picknicking, hiking and restaurants like Tamarid Restaurant. Our accredited driver will pick you up from your hotel at 6:00 am and drive to Ngong hill which will take 1hr drive .Once at the Hills you will see windmills at the Ken Gen Power Station. This is where the hiking starts across the seven hills, It is a 12km hike to the seventh hill and back to the car. You might see wild animals as the hike goes on. Mornings can be cold so have a warm jacket. Once done with the hike your driver will take you to Tamarid Restaurant where you can enjoy a nice lunch(own cost) before dropping you at your hotel/ apartment.

Stop 1
Our accredited driver will pick you up from your hotel then will drive toward the hills and come across the fantastic view of the Rift Valley. From there you will take a 1 hour drive to Ngong Hills, once at the hills you will see windmills at the Ken Gen Power Station. This is where you begin the hike across the seven hills. Keep on eye out for the animals you might see during the hike. This is a 12km hike to the seventh hill and back to the car. Mornings can be cold so have a warm jacket. Once done with the hike driver will take you to a nice restaurant known as Tamarid Restaurant for lunch before dropping you at your hotel.
