About this experience

The experience on board will give you lots of sun and relaxation, but not only! It will allow you to see the seaside village of Acitrezza from another perspective, diving into the wonderful blue waters that make it unique; During the tour it will be possible to admire the Catania coast, the caves of Ulysses, the small seaside edge of Ognina and the Norman Castle of Aci Castello. Stop in Acitrezza, characteristic village of the Malavoglia.

Detailed itinerary

Sailing boat excursion in the name of nature, relaxation, sea and basic sailing notions. Appointment at 10:00 at the port of Catania. Accompanied by the silence of the wind, we hoist the sails and sail along the Catanese coast where we will meet the famous "Ulysses' Caves" as a first stop, continuing the navigation you can admire the small seaside village of Ognina and after a couple of miles we will stop in Acicastello where it will be possible to admire the Norman Castle from a privileged perspective. Loads from navigation and after about 1 hour you are ready for the first dives into the sea. Acitrezza will be our final stop that will frame our day and once in the bay between sup rides, snorkeling, diving and swimming, you are ready for a lunch on board. In the afternoon you can relax and continue to enjoy the sun and sea and then return to the port of departure at 18:00 and with a little luck the dolphins will also accompany us in this fantastic experience.

The Lachea island of Acitrezza is identified in the Odyssey as the first landing point of Ulysses in the land of the Cyclopes. Both the Lachea island and the Faraglione are of volcanic origin and are part of an integrated nature reserve.
The remaining time on the tour will be spent commuting between attractions and having free time.
