The Customer must provide AC with their identity, age, and any special requirements, if necessary. They will also adhere to the operator's policies, including baggage restrictions, seatbelt usage, and any other rules set forth by the carrier, and shall not damage AC's assets.

Customers with certain medical conditions, disabilities, or expectant mothers are not preferred for the tour. It is incumbent upon them to verify that they are physically capable of participating in the tour and get a confirmation from any medical practitioner prior to the tour.

Weight restrictions may apply to each helicopter based on its seating configuration and the pilot’s decision on boarding will be final. For safety and smooth travel, our weight limit per passenger would be 105kg.

The Customers will be informed of the categorically forbidden items carried on board AC helicopters. AC's ground personnel's determination with respect to restricting prohibited items on the flight shall be conclusive and binding. AC shall provide locker facilities for safeguarding the Customers' valuables.

Passengers must wear comfortable and ethically good attire and accessories.

All Customers will mandatorily be covered by AC insurance as a part of the service.

The Customer must arrive at the time specified in the confirmation document and/or 45 minutes before the aircraft's scheduled time, along with a valid ID card.

Only mobile phone cameras and small digital cameras are permitted. Filming and professional camera equipment are not permitted on board without obtaining proper written approvals from the appropriate Dubai Authorities. Compliance with these restrictions is mandatory.
