About this experience

Experience a journey to the past of Santorin in just a few hours, with the flexibility only the ATV/Quad vehicles can offer you!
Either you spend your holidays in the island or you are visiting with a cruise ship, your tour will take you to the Akrotiri Archaeological Site of the "Greek Pompeia", the Akrotiri Village and its Venetian Castle, the volcanic read beach and the older lighthouse in Greece.
Moto Thira, provides you with safe and new vehicles, covers the fuel cost, offers you helmets and a local guide to share with you knowledge of Santorini's island.
Prices are per person.

Stop 1

The "Pompei of Greece", is one of the most important prehistoric settlements in Europe that in 1500 BC was buried in ashes by a volcanic eruption. Please notice that our guide cannot follow you inside the archaeological site.

In the village of Akrotiri, we will visit the ruins of the Venetian Castle also known as "La Ponta". Other attractions are the church of Agia Theodosia and the workshop/exhibition of "Tsabouna", a kind of double-chantered traditional bagpipe.

Stop 3

Our next stop is at the top of the volcanic Red Beach, from where you can take amazing photos.

The oldest Lighthouse in Greece, built in 1892 located at a spot that offers unique views, especially during sunset.
We conclude the tour by returning back to Fira.
