Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any health problems that may result from wearing while hiding your pregnancy.
Late return: JPY 1,100 per person/30 minutes. Strict return time. No contact during business hours means store closes as scheduled. Next day return incurs same fee.
Next day return: JPY 10,000 deposit, JPY 1,100 surcharge. Non-refundable if not returned next day.
Damaged kimono/accessories: Pay damage fee. On-site insurance advised (JPY 550). Inquire with staff.
Adult kimonos limited if hip size exceeds 130cm.
Children's kimonos for kids over 70cm, aged 12 and under.
Late reservations: Over 20 mins canceled, after 10 mins, priority shifts. No refunds after reservation time next day. Be punctual.
