From breaking bones & broth making, crafting your own noodles from scratch and working on the Line - you'll be able to make Restaurant Quality Ramen yourself, after this crash course.
Hosted in an actual Working Restaurant, and using Professional Kitchen Grade Equipment.
Located in Meguro, an upscale area only 2 stops away from Shibuya on the Yamanote Line, known for the picturesque Meguro River lined with cherry blossom trees.
We have 2 broths every day, Shio Ramen and Miso Tonkotsu.
We can cater to Vegetarians, Gluten Free, Pork Free and other dietary requirements as long as you let us know in advance!
