As soon as your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the port to take you to our perfect location on one of the nicest beaches in the world.

Our driver will meet you just outside Costa Maya Port’s main access—look for Gabriel or Ruth holding a banner with your name. Pick-up is 1 hour after your ship docks (earliest 9:00 AM Ship Time). Please arrive at the taxi meeting point 10 minutes early.
