Lycian Way is marked by British author Kate Clow in 1999, this ancient trail has been offering nature enthusiasts unique experiences for over two decades. I invite you to embark on one of the most accessible and scenic sections of this 540 km-long route.
In the morning, we'll enjoy a delightful ascent with views of Ölüdeniz and the Mediterranean accompanying us until noon.
For lunch, we'll be guests at a village house, savoring local flavors and delicacies.
In the afternoon, our path typically leads downhill, shaded by pine trees, as we make our way to Faralya. Here, we'll rendezvous with a vehicle for our return journey to Fethiye.
We'll pause for a brief moment at Montana Hill view point, savoring the breathtaking scenery.
We will reach the symbolic starting sign of the Lycian Way by using public transportation until near it. After a short walk to the sign, we will take commemorative photos and then set off on our journey.
On our journey, we'll be welcomed as guests at a village house in the Kozağaç neighborhood for a delightful lunch. The menu will be crowned by the Yörük culture's beloved 'Gözleme,' accompanied by freshly brewed tea over an open wood fire.
We will walk back to our start point. Meet our vehicle and drive back to Fethiye
