What you'll see

This service is for 1-way transport from your arrival point (ferry dock, airport, or train station) to your hotel or other location of your choice. You may also use this service to book from the hotel to the departure point, however, these need to be separate bookings.

Please indicate your flight, ferry, or train arrival information. In the 'where to be picked up' section, indicate whether we are picking you up at the ferry dock, train station, or airport (for your arrival) or at your hotel (for your departure). The booking form does not allow you to specify whether you are arriving or departing, but if you enter it this way, we will understand. We will contact you to solidify details well in advance.

Our driver will arrive at the pickup point on time. We will call or text you, as well as use a sign with the primary booking name. You may confirm the driver/vehicle by their names or car plate number as well as phone number for your own safety and peace of mind.

Once the destination is confirmed and we begin driving, stops can be made when necessary to buy small items, grab a quick snack, or use the bathroom. Please discuss with us upon booking to arrange.

Our driver will make sure you are at the right destination before they leave. You'll never be stranded, or not have your needs met.

What's not included
