Stop 1

Your guide will meet you at Tophane Park, where you'll explore the tombs of Ottoman Empire founders Osman Gazi and his son Orhan Gazi, along with the historic clock tower. Enjoy city views from the garden. Next, we'll visit the ancient walls and 'Saltanat Kapısı' for a stunning city panorama and a touch of history.

Discover Bursa's biggest and most important mosque, a cultural treasure for both, Turkish and Islamic heritage. It's also a museum with stunning calligraphy.

This is a 700-year-old Grand Bazaar. Get ready to lose yourself among jewels, carpets, famous towels, and antiques.

The city's oldest silk market on the ancient Silk Road. Nowadays, you can still buy popular silk products here. There are cafes in the courtyard where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and savor some local flavors. (Optional break to have tea 20 min)

Sultan Mehmet Çelebi's tomb is one of the city's iconic structures with historical transcendence. He is known as the second founder of the Ottoman Empire.

In this mosque, built by Mehmet Çelebi, you'll see a range of green and blue tones in the tiles. In addition, we will discover a few sections inspired by the Green Tomb and the Green Mosque.

On this special bazaar bridge, you will be able to see very interesting traditional Turkish handcrafts and listen to special sounds from traditional instruments.

On the way back we will go through the famous Grand Bazaar and Cumhuriyet Avenue. Heading to our last stop, Şehreküstü Square: here you can find the fountain built to remember the brotherhood between Sarajevo and Bursa. (This walk will take 20 minutes. You can also take a break at the bazaar to taste local delicacies 30 min.) This is also the main meeting point in Bursa but sadly we will say goodbye here.
