If the guide arrives and there is a child who requires a child safety seat, but you have not requested and confirmed one with us in advance — and do not have your own — unfortunately, you will be denied boarding, and no refund will be issued.
We have limited extra space in some of our vehicles for strollers and inflatable SUPs. If you plan to bring these items, please ensure that the stroller is foldable and the SUP is inflatable. It is essential that you contact us in advance to confirm availability of space for your equipment. If you arrive with a stroller or SUP without prior notice and confirmation, we may not be able to accommodate it. Should this prevent you from boarding the tour, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
Each traveller is required to sign an electronic waiver at the latest 24 hours before the trip. Please sign using your full name; initials or first names alone will not be accepted as signatures. Please do not list any other adult (over 18 years old) under your waiver. You will find the link to the waiver in your confirmation.
Please note that canoe rental is not included and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental docks are managed by the hotels at the lakes, and the cost is approximately $160 per hour per canoe. At Lake Louise, canoes can typically accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children, depending on weight distribution. At Moraine Lake, canoes can typically fit 2 to 3 people, depending on weight distribution.
Pick-Up Information For MORAINE LAKE AND LAKE LOUISE EXTENDED TOURS ➔ PICK-UPS IN CANMORE or HARVIE HEIGHTS: Pick-up is between 8:00–8:15 AM ✺✺ PICK-UPS IN BANFF Pick-up is between 8:30–8:45 AM. Please be ready 10 minutes before your pick-up window begins. Due to multiple stops, your driver may arrive slightly earlier or later. Look for a white Ford Transit van with CANMORE TRAVEL logo on it.

Our waivers are very easy to fill out, and you can sign electronically with your finger on your phone/tablet or with your mouse on the computer - no need to print anything.
-Please do not list another adult under your waiver. Every adult needs to have their own waiver and sign for themselves.
-Do not sign on behalf of anyone else (unless your are adding your MINOR children under your waiver). If your children are over 18, they need to sign their own waiver.
