Please note: If you are staying at the hotel Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Acapulco, due to the hotels regulations, tour operators will be able to drop you off on your arrival at the lobby of the hotel but they will not be able to pick up guess at the lobby. Please go to the Main Gate of the Grand Mayan Acapulco which is approx. 100 meters away from the lobby of the hotels. Same meeting point for both hotels. Your driver will be waiting for you here.
