About this experience

Together we will visit a traditional tavern, which is located in a beautiful, neoclassical building. There we will taste traditional delicacies

1st stop
After meeting on Monastiraki Square you will stroll around the Historical City Center. Between Psirri Neighborhood & Athinas Street, you are going to taste different greek delicacies:
the famous Koulouri of Psiri, various Greek Homemade Pies (Pites) and a typical Greek desert, Loukoumades.

Stop 2

2nd stop Visit to Varvakeios Market
You will continue with a visit to the biggest, oldest, and most central local food market of Athens, where you can purchase fresh fish, delicious meats, and local products like nuts and herbs exclusively from Greek producers.

3rd stop You will make a stop at a traditional Greek coffee shop to taste Greek coffee made on Hovoli.

Hovoli is a special way of making Greek coffee. The coffee is brewed slowly so it gets a better and more intense flavor.

4th stop Lunch at Exarcheia Neighborhood

Lastly, you will head to the local area of Exarcheia, only about 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.
In Exharcheia, you will discover the real urban Athenian lifestyle, preferred by many artists, students, and locals.
