3. **Arrival Instructions:** Upon arrival and after passing through migration and customs, take the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo.

4. **Shared Transportation Assignment:** If you booked shared transportation, our staff will assign you a vehicle. Ensure you select the correct time schedule, as our vehicles depart from the airport on the hour, every hour.

5. **Transportation Hours:** Our shared transportation service is available from 8 am, and the last shuttle departs from Cancun airport at 5 pm sharp.
