A valid ID is required for everyone to enter. Nicknames, missing names, or incorrect first or last names are not accepted by Colosseum guards. The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded

If Colosseum staff deny entry due to incorrect names, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.

This voucher is not your entry ticket, it only confirms your booking.You cannot access the Colosseum with this voucher alone. It should be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point.

Please arrive at our office at Via Frangipane 30 at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our staff will provide your official tickets and help with the audio guide setup if needed.

Each participant must present a valid ID that matches the name on the booking. Entry may be denied without proper identification.

Meeting times are subject to change. If any changes occur, the activity provider will contact you via phone or message. Make sure your phone number includes the country code and regularly check WhatsApp and email for updates.

Download the audio guide ahead of time using Wi-Fi. Once downloaded, it works offline. Please be aware that the audioguide application may not be compatible with older phones or unsupported devices.

Earphones are not included. Please bring your own that are compatible with your device.

If you booked after 4:00 PM, you might not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on the same day. You can either come earlier or visit the Roman Forum the next day.

Late arrivals may result in denied entry, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
