About this experience

Questo Tour Enogastronomico è pensato per chi vuole scoprire le meraviglie delle colline di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, patrimonio Unesco dal 2019.

Solo aziende a conduzione familiare.

La prima tappa del tour sarà all'aperto dove sarete guidati nella degustazione di 3 Prosecco DOCG che saranno accompagnati da salumi e formaggi.
Sarà poi l'ora del pranzo dove verranno serviti antipasti, primo, secondo, acqua e caffè in una splendida Osteria con favolosa vista sulle colline.

Dopo aver esplorato le meraviglie delle colline patrimonio Unesco ci sposteremo nella seconda cantina, una piccolissima realtà a conduzione familiare, dove vivremo l'esperienza di una degustazione tecnica di 4 Prosecchi di altissima qualità prodotti utilizzando i 5 vitigni originali.
È previsto anche un piccolo pranzo pensato appositamente per voi in una taverna locale dalla quale potrete godere di un panorama mozzafiato.

Il tour inizierà e terminerà da Piazzale Roma a Venezia o da Conegliano.

Detailed itinerary

Direzione verso le colline di Conegliano dove vi sarà l'introduzione al territorio con spiegazioni del vino principe della zona e dei prodotti enogastronomici. Vi sarà quindi la prima sosta nella prima cantina per la degustazione.

Le spiegazioni scivoleranno lungo la giornata e la pausa pranzo avrà una durata di circa un'ora e mezza. Acqua, vino, primo e secondo saranno compresi nel menù del giorno.

Prima del ritorno a Venezia o al luogo di partenza vi è la seconda degustazione, più tecnica, dove le varie differenze di territorio e produzione verranno sapientemente spiegati il tutto accompagnato da spumeggianti calici di Prosecco Docg!
