Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

During the boat tour of the island you will see the wonderful White Cave which extends for 30 meters and takes its name from the color of its rocks: an extraordinary pure white. Inside, the waters form two lakes communicating through an artificial canal carved into the rock. In Roman times it seems to have been used as a shelter for boats, but if you look carefully you will notice that the white walls show some signs of the passage of man: in the seventeenth century the population took refuge in this cave to hide from pirate attacks!

2
Stop 2

During the boat tour you will see the wonderful Green Cave which owes its name to the color of its waters. The light penetrates through the entrance, reflecting on the seabed and painting the sea waves an emerald green. This inlet was used by Turkish corsairs as an outpost to ambush passing boats and plunder them. There are two openings: the western one which is 4 meters below sea level and the eastern one located on the surface. The opening of the Green Grotto in Capri is 7 meters high. You can swim in if the sea is calm! Inside, the walls are irregular and covered in sedimentary rocks, the dolomites, the oldest on Capri. The green of the water can vary in intensity based on the weather conditions and the time of day.

3
Stop 3

During the boat tour of the island you will see the wonderful Blue Grotto. You can get into a rowing boat, lie down and let the sailor drag you under an entrance arch only one meter high. At first you only see darkness, then suddenly everything will be colored with blue and transparent reflections. The visit is guaranteed unless closed due to adverse weather conditions.

4

During the tour of the island you will be able to admire the famous Punta Carena Lighthouse, the second largest in Italy in terms of lighting power, as well as being one of the oldest: it was first lit in 1867!

5
Stop 5

Swimming stop off the Faraglioni. Dive into the water and enjoy the splendid view of the island's symbols!

6

During the tour you will be immersed in the nature of a classic Sorrento lemon grove. Our guide will let you taste limoncello by explaining and showing you its entire production process.

7

During the tour you will be welcomed into the structure dedicated to the cooking school, where you will test your skills as an Italian chef or Italian pizza chef!
