COLLECTION DETAILS
For Airport-pick up: Upon entering the Arrivals Hall, please turn RIGHT after the sliding doors. Drivers will wait outside the airport information desk, which is behind the end of the railing directly in front of you. Our drivers will be waiting for you there with your name tag. We will then accompany you to your ordered vehicle.

For Hotel pick up: Please wait in the lobby area. Our driver will enter the hotel and search for you. Please make sure to be on time as the driver will do the same. Usually you are available about 15 minutes before the expected pickup time.

For Harbor pick up: Please wait in the reception area of the cruise boat at the front desk. Our driver will enter and search for you there. On the way to the hotel, apartment, your private address, port or airport you will already see some of the most important sights.

For airport and train station pickups, the included waiting time is 45 minutes. If there are delays that are not the responsibility of our passenger, we ask that you contact us by telephone in time, in order to be able to extend the waiting time and reschedule other trips. We also need the flight or train number to be able to track delays or earlier arrivals. City airport pickups are 2.5 hours prior to departure unless otherwise requested by the customer.
