Lease Clauses:
Clause One: The object of this contract is the rental of a quadricycle.
Clause Two: The use of the aforementioned vehicle will be exclusive to the CONTRACTING PARTY, who will use it in his locomotion in the execution of his tourist activities.
Clause Three: The CONTRACTING PARTY undertakes to follow the rules of the Brazilian traffic code, in the use of the rented vehicle, the use of a helmet is mandatory, and to be licensed, license B.
Clause Four: The CONTRACTING PARTY will be exclusively responsible for all costs with fuel, conservation and maintenance of the vehicle, mainly with regard to the mechanical part, requirements and safety conditions.
Fifth Clause: Losses or damage to the contracted materials during the journey, if due to acts of God, force majeure, or an accident whose cause is not attributable to the CONTRACTED PARTY, will be borne exclusively by the CONTRACTING PARTY
