Detailed itinerary

1

Heron Hill Winery opened the Tasting Room on Canandaigua Lake in 2010. The tasting room is located in the former South Bristol Cultural Center, housed in a renovated 100-year-old barn, and features a beautiful open space with high ceilings and original hand-hewn wooden beams. Immense windows overlook the vineyards of Cabernet Franc and Riesling.

2

Producing a few thousand cases a year allows us to use passion and artistry in our aromatic and vintage-driven varietal whites, varietal reds, and blends. We are located in the historical center of Naples, NY, once called Nundawao by the Seneca Nation. Each of our handcrafted wines are named for a characteristic we wish to ‘Inspire Moore’ of in the world, Love, Wisdom, Grace, Joy, and many more. Since Tim’s passing in 2019, his legacy in winemaking lives on through their son, Nathaniel, who shares his father’s passion and expertise in winemaking, and his wife, Diane, who runs the business. Inspire Moore Winery, a testament to love and resilience, continues to thrive as a cherished family business.

3

Arbor Hill Winery is located in South Bristol just north of Naples, New York, at southern end of Canandaigua Lake in the famous Finger Lakes Region. In 1987 Arbor Hill opened in just one building. Now it sits in a complex of vintage buildings (including the original), in a wonderful warm New England country setting. The Brahm family takes great pride in the fact that they produce their products on the premises. In their country complex they have several buildings; one is the retail shop, another is Brew & Brats at Arbor Hill, and two barns serve as the wine cellar and the food production area.

4

In 2011, the Hazlitt family purchased Hazlitt Red Cat Cellars, formerly known as Widmer Wine Cellars (one of the region’s most historic and long-standing national wine producers) so we could continue to grow and expand production. The gorgeous facility is nestled in the hills of the quaint little village of Naples, NY.
