Begin your tour in Geneva, you'll meet your guide and board the bus for Chamonix. Gateway to one of the highest peaks of Europe "the Mont-blanc". Embark on a cable car to the summit the Aiguille du midi 3842m.
Enjoy the breath-taking views upon arrival on summit, followed by a twenty minute walking tour to show you the wonders and summits around (Mont-blanc ect)
Next, descend to the village of Chamonix for some free time in the beautiful alpine town. Enjoy local shops and restaurants. You'll have about an hour of free time before re-joining your guide for the afternoon.
Your tour continues with a stroll to the train station, admiring historical landmarks of Chamonix as you go. Then, embark a cogwheel train and ascend 1900m to take in the spectacular views of the Mer de Glace Glacier. In season, you will have the option to visit the ice caves.
Around five 5:00pm the bus will bring us back to geneva to finish the day at around 6:30pm.

After a 1 hour bus drive from Geneva , we arrive in the beautiful village of Chamonix (France). We will then embark on an exhilarating cable car journey up 3,842m to visit Europes highest peaks. The Matterhorn (Switzerland) the grand jorasses (Italy) and certainly the Mont Blanc are all a glimpse away from the Auiguille du Midi. A guaranteed breathtaking experience.
After the peaks we will then descend together to the village of Chamonix for some free time to explore the local shops and restaurants to taste the local specialities (approx 1:30h for lunch). Then we will walk together towards the train station Viewing on the way some historical landmarks of Chamonix.
The afternoon will be dedicated to visiting the beautiful Mer de glace Glacier (largest glacier of France). Boarding a historical cogwheel train taking us back up to 1900m (6,300ft) to have a spectacular view of the largest glacier in France. Arriving at the terminal, we will have the option for those who wish to visit the ice caves, to take a Gandola and hike down the 200 stairs to the glacier (hiking back up the 200 stairs).At around 16:00 we will take the train back down to chamonix were we will have our last chance to buy souveniers, before we embark back on the bus at 17:00 to arive back in geneva at 18:00
Please note. It is located on the same street of the Monument Brunswick, if early you can sit at the cottage cafe (20m from the lakeside). The guide will be standing on the sidewalk near the entrance of the bus at 8:15. Departure at 8:30
