We start our Tour from Eggares Village where we will visit a traditional Olive press Museum one of Naxos oldest remaining Olive mills recently renovated.
The Eggares olive press dates back to ,at least ,the late 1800 when it pressed locally-grown olives for the village community.
We head to the Village of Melanes to visit the Kouros of Flerio ,archeologiacal research shows it dates back to 570 B.C. Its height is one of the most impressive features reaching almost 6 meters while one leg is broken.
On the way to Panagia Drosiani we will meet the Mountain with
the marbles at Kinidaros Village.
Reaching Panagia Drosiani which is a historical monastery south of Moni Village and it is said to be the monastery with the oldest murals in the Balkans.
We arrive at the beautifull and picturesque Village of Chalki.
Our 1st stop in Chalki will be the Citrus Distillery of Vallindras ,afterwards we will take a walk in the alleys of the village.
Our last stop is the famous pottery workshop of Mr.Manolis Libertas in Damalas.
