We meet up at a restaurant famous for chicken & fish noodle, a typical dish brought by immigrants since the ate of 17 century. They changed its ingredients and flavor to adapt local's taste. Local stands a line in the morning, specially. You try the first dish in the tour package there.

Try grilled banana coconut milk by old lady since 1980 & crispy banana cake nearby.
Walk/Car: visit the other side of river, to try many foods there (Sizzling pancake with coconut shoot specialty, beef noodle, snail - must try when in Saigon, sugarcane...)
Walk through a night market where selling flower, poultry, seafood, veggies.
Walk through Mong bridge to take some photos of the city with night lights.
Take you back by taxi.
