The day visit includes an educational guided tour of the Sanctuary and the wolves. The Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary provides safe-haven for surrendered Grey Timber wolves, non-indigenous to South Africa, rescued from the exotic pet trade.
Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary is a True Sanctuary, being a non-breeding, non-touch and non-trading facility.
Your guide will educate you on wolf conservation efforts, and you are introduced to the wolves at the Sanctuary in a respectful and ethical manner, respecting the wolves.
