Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival lounge after you pick up your luggage (in the case you travel with checked-in suitcase). The chauffeur will be holding up a sign showing the name of the lead passenger that shows on the reservation.

The chauffeur will wait 60 MINUTES after landing time, meaning that he/she will wait until all the luggage is off the luggage belt.

If you don't show up after the flight has been cleared, and you DID NOT notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the service will be fully charged.

We will only reschedule your service free of charge in the case you have missed your connecting flight, and this must be proof by the airline, but only if you notify us on time. We always monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals. In the case of a canceled flight, your service will be automatically canceled, free of charge.
