After pickup we arrive at the first stop which is the monument of the pibe Valderrama is a tribute to a Colombian football idol, located in Santa Marta, near Eduardo Santos Stadium. This colossal bronze sculpture, 6 meters high and weighing more than 8 thousand kilos, was created by sculptor Amílcar Ariza and costs approximately 130 thousand U.S. dollars. The statue, depicting a champion with a golden mane and an outfit that simulates the seriousness of a winner, is a one-of-a-kind work and has attracted thousands of visitors since its inauguration in 2002.
