About this experience

Start the tour at meeting points in Bocagrande and board the vibrantly colored Chiva bus at a meeting point located downtown. Start early with a morning tour or sleep late with an afternoon tour. Experience the modern and tourist area. See one of the most beautiful natural bays and a lush linear park. We’ll walk past the iconic Catalina India, a statue depicting an important indigenous woman and take pictures in the Old Shoes (a large shoe statue). Arrive at San Felipe Castle, where you can take a panoramic view and just take some pictures of its magnificent Spanish colonial features. Head to the walled city where the walking tour begins. Follow your guide through the historic center and see the Clock Tower. Return to your pickup point with unforgettable memories of this colorful city.

Stop 1

We will pick up travelers and meet them, then we will travel to our first attraction.

Stop 2

After picking up at the meeting point we went to Bocagrande to finish picking up the passengers, from there we went to Bocagrande Bay, located in Laguito, which was discovered by the first European navigators around the year 1500, It was originally given the name Calamar Bay. This historic Colombian bay is separated from the Caribbean Sea by Tierra Bomba Island and you can take photographs.

Stop 3

After the tour of Bocagrande Bay, we continue the tour to the old shoes where you can take photos. Here you will learn a little about the monuments of our city, which are the old shoes, located near the Fort of San Felipe de Barajas, we find two enormous boots made of bronze, an original monument that is placed in honor of a poet from Cartagena, Luis Carlos López, author of a famous composition.

Stop 4

We continue the tour to the San Felipe fort also called "Castle" of San Felipe de Barajas, it is located on a hill called San Lázaro. The activity does not include the entrance to the castle, which will be panoramic.

Stop 5

After the tour of Castillo de Felipe we went to the letters of Cartagena, this site is located on the beaches of Marbella, a large and colorful sign where you can take photos.

We finish the tour in the streets of the historic center where we will take a walk accompanied by a certified guide.

After the tour is finished, we return to the meeting point, which is the clock tower and pick-up point.
