Guests can check in and receive their activity wristbands at a Guest Service kiosk. Guest Service kiosks for lagoon activities are located next to Sessions Lifestyle & Retail store, and on the lagoon-level boardwalk next to the elevator. Guests are encouraged to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes before their activity starts. Guests are also encouraged to complete their Wai Kai activity waiver before their arrival to expedite the check-in process.
