Pompeii in 79 AD was buried by the pyroclastic elements of Vesuvius following its explosion in 79 AD. Inside the archaeological site you will admire what has remained intact of the ancient city and you will be accompanied by an expert guide, upon request, who will show you the main structures of the city. You cannot miss a visit to the plaster casts of the former Pompeian inhabitants, the various domus including: the House of the Faun, the House of the Golden Cupids, and the most impressive structures such as the Amphitheatre, the Triangular Forum with its theaters and the Lupanare.
