Day 1: Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou – Explore the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Base
We leave early today to spend the morning at the Giant Panda Breeding & Research Base. Giant pandas eat for up to 14 hours a day and so hopefully we will witness these animals feeding, as this is when they’re most active. Otherwise, we can watch the pandas indulge in their next favourite past time – sleeping!

In the afternoon, we will transfer to Chengdu East Railway Station to embark on a comfortable high-speed train journey to Jiuzhaigou (approximately a 2-hour ride). Upon arrival at Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong Station, a private car will transport you to Jiuzhaigou, a journey of about 2 hours. Enjoy a restful evening at your accommodation in Jiuzhaigou.

Day 2: Jiuzhaigou Full-Day Excursion
Discover the Breathtaking Landscapes Rise early to maximize your experience and avoid the crowds at the Jiuzhaigou (‘Nine Village Valley’) Scenic Area, named after the nine Tibetan villages it encompasses. Your exploration will include the three primary valleys: Shuzheng, Rize, and Zechawa, each offering unique natural wonders such as pristine alpine lakes, cascading waterfalls, vibrant forests, snow-capped peaks, and shimmering blue ice.

If you are a hiking enthusiast and dislike crowded places, we will take you on a stunning hiking trail that avoids the vast majority of tourists.
Overnight stay at Jiuzhaigou.

Day 3: Visit Huanglong Scenic Area and Return to Chengdu
Depart at 7:00 AM and arrive at the Huanglong Scenic Area after approximately 2 hours. Since most tourists choose to take the cable car up the mountain and walk down, we will hike both up and down to avoid the majority of tourists.
We will spend about 4-5 hours exploring Huanglong, and then we will head to the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station, which is about an hour away. Along the way, we will have lunch in Chuanzhusi Town.
Take the high-speed train back to Chengdu in the late afternoon( approximately 2 hours). Upon arrival in Chengdu, we will drop you off at your hotel, concluding the unforgettable journey. If you wish to extend your trip, we would be more than happy to customize a itinerary based on your needs and schedule.
