About this experience

After freshening up at Finca Don Tricia’s restrooms and getting ready for the adventure, we set off on an exciting drive through old trails, crossing the breathtaking savannah landscape, ancient trees, vast livestock fields, & small agricultural plots while keeping an eye out for local wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, deer, raccoons, birds, & more.

Perfect mix of adrenaline and nature, allowing you to reconnect with the environment and its wildlife. We journey through scenic trails & cross small creeks before reaching the stunning Tizate River, where crystal-clear waters invite you to take a refreshing swim. The peaceful sounds of the river, surrounding wildlife, make a place to relax, enjoy fresh fruit, hydrate, and immerse yourself in an authentic Costa Rican tradition.
We will continue the journey, completing the route back to Finca Don Tricia. To top off the adventure, you’ll have the chance to unwind by the pool, making for the perfect ending to this thrilling ATV experience.

his one-of-a-kind adventure lets you explore the breathtaking landscapes of Costa Rica aboard a side-by-side off-road vehicle. Journey through diverse scenery—including savannahs, dry forests, rainforests, and charming rural villages—while following historic trails that lead to pristine freshwater rivers where you can cool off in nature. All of this unfolds against the backdrop of the active Rincón de la Vieja Volcano.
The experience begins at Finca DonTricia in Cañas Dulces, where we set off on a one-hour ride through scenic backroads lined with ancient trees and local wildlife. Keep an eye out for squirrels, white-tailed deer, coatis, raccoons, anteaters, eagles, hawks, and more.
