Fly through the jungle canopy on ziplines above the historic estate and have the option of river tubing. Enjoy the huge zero-entry pool with six wading pools that lead to a 50ft waterfall. The Appleton Rum Tasting Experience and History Museum leads you through the process of rum making and its history, while you sample several Appleton Rums. Rum, coffee and Jamaican favourites can be found in the Gift Shop located in an old sugar factory.
