Fly through the jungle canopy on ziplines above the historic estate and have the option of river tubing. Enjoy the huge zero-entry pool with six wading pools that lead to a 50ft waterfall. The Appleton Rum Tasting Experience and History Museum leads you through the process of rum making and its history, while you sample several Appleton Rums.
