What you'll see

In the morning we will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech. We will leave Marrakech in the direction of Tahanaoute. This village, located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, is 35 km from Marrakech. After a few minutes’ drive, you will begin to see Berber villages scattered throughout the Atlas Mountains.

Your first stop will be in Asni, where you will have the opportunity to visit a Berber family and discover their customs, culture and way of life. After this tour, you will continue the journey to enjoy the magic of the Berber villages spread out in the mountains, one of which was built 200 years ago. You will stop again to take pictures at the top of the Toubkal. The summit of Toubkal, the second highest in Africa, rises to 4165 m above sea level. You can see the peaks of Toubkal from Marrakech and Imlil.

After this photo break, the journey will continue through colorful landscapes, forests, valleys, orchards, cognassiers, olive trees, plum trees, walnut trees, almond trees and some species of wildlife.

Our journey will continue until we reach the Ourika Valley on a trail in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. You will have the opportunity to stop in the valley and mountains of Ourika to take pictures. These mountains rise 1800 meters above sea level. You will stop for lunch and enjoy a meal by the Ourika River. Our adventure will end here and we will return to Marrakech. This trip is one of the best excursions you can make in Morocco
