Situated at the central hub of Cairo, Al-Tahrir Square, the foremost Antiquities museum in Egypt boasts the world's most extensive array of Pharaonic relics. The museum encompasses 42 rooms, with two specifically dedicated to housing a remarkable assembly of mummies belonging to kings and other esteemed members of the royal family of Ancient Egypt, including the renowned King Tutankhamen's treasure collection.

Constructed during the 4th dynasty around 2400 years B.C., the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, along with their respective pyramid complexes and the iconic Great Sphinx of Giza, collectively form an ancient architectural marvel.

Stop 3

The Sphinx, attributed to King Chephren, holds the distinction of being the world's largest statue, measuring 73 meters in length, 19 meters in width, and standing at a height of 20 meters. Regarded as the oldest monumental sculpture on record, this awe-inspiring creation, known in Arabic as Abu Al Hol, depicts a figure with the body of a lion and the head of a man, earning its renowned title, the Sphinx.
