Visitors have the opportunity to see how the traditional Cypriot cheese, halloumi, and olive pie are made, followed by a tour of the farm to see one of the oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean and learn about the history and characteristics of donkeys. The tour ends with a tasting of the farm’s products, including donkey milk and skin care products, as well as organic olive oil. The final part of the excursion includes a meal, plenty of wine, and lively entertainment with Cypriot dances and music.

• Arriving to “Golden donkeys” farm at 17:00
• We will start with Halloumi live show. Our chef will show the whole process of making this Traditional cheese
• Between beginning and ending of cheese making process we will make traditional olive bread 30-40 min (during the master class, drawing for children)
• Farm tour 30 minutes. Tourists will be able to see a wax museum, a traditional Cypriot house, our poultry, goats and of course donkeys.
• Short donkey ride (10 min)
• Tasting of farm products and donkey milk products 30 minutes
• Dinner at 19:00 Traditional Buffet (Appetizers, salads, bulgur, village pasta and cheese, baked potatoes with oregano and olive oil, lamb, pork, chicken, wine, water, juice for children)
